Basma Louis - IYCW President was invited to speak at the "Inspiration Moment", an event organized by our partner WSM on December 13, 2022 at Brussels, Belgium. She speaks about the importance of the social movements and the relevance of the IYCW today as a movement by, with and for the young workers.
She said, "The work of social movements is essential not only for the roles it’s playing in the society but also it brings hope and gives motivation for people who are excluded, exploited and marginalized. It also brings a sense of responsibility in the life of the people, that they are actors and they can be the change and it’s our role also to remind them of our responsibility towards each other and to the society."
