On September 3, 2023, Thanakorn and other friends from Thailand visited Indonesia, they attended the ASEAN Civil Society Conference/ ASEAN People Forum's (ACSC/APF 2023) at the Catholic University of Jakarta, which discussed "Reclaiming safe spaces, restoring democracy and equity in Southeast Asia”. During this visit they also met with representatives from YCW Indonesia as well as YCW ASPAC extension officers, we all toured the city of Jakarta to see the situation and culture in Indonesia, we also had a small discussion over lunch, discussing plans for a visit by YCW extension officers to Thailand, and provide a report on the visit of YCW ASPAC extension officers in 2023 to Thanakorn. Their visit to Indonesia has had a positive impact, apart from strengthening emotional relations and brotherhood, it has also fostered enthusiasm for rebuilding YCW in Thailand.

After the visit of Thanakorn and other friends on September 3, 2023, Indonesia also had the YCW young leader from Thailand, on September 10 and 11, 2023. Toey and other friends from Thailand, they also had a YOUTH ACTIVIST CAMP event in Bandung. Apart from that, during the 2 days with YCW Indonesia we had a YOUTH EXCHANGE agenda, we had a visit to the Moh Toha base group, and also a visit to the YCW Indonesia network, namely to the Panglawungan organization. During these 2 days of meetings, we discussed the situation of young workers in Indonesia and also the situation of young workers in Thailand, apart from that we also introduced the culture of young people in Indonesia. This meeting was very good because the friendship between YCW Indonesia members and young Thai workers became stronger, and we were equally enthusiastic about building YCW in Indonesia and also in Thailand. This friendship has an equally positive impact on both of them.
