Empowering Women through Education and Skills" Action, initiated by the Young Christian Workers Pakistan, is a transformative endeavor aimed at empowering marginalized women through education and skill development.

Two education centers established 1st in Moran Wala and 2nd in Niazi da Daira to provide quality education to underserved women from the community. The centers have been operational for the six months duration, fostering an environment of learning and personal growth.

To ensure the effectiveness of the education centers, we appointed two qualified and dedicated teachers, Teacher 1 Lubna Ashaq and Teacher 2 Rizwana Khalid , who are instrumental in facilitating learning and empowerment.

A total of 60 beneficiaries were enrolled in the Activity, with 30 women in each education center. The small class sizes allow for individualized attention, fostering better learning outcomes.

This Action spanning six months, concentrated on providing beneficiaries with foundational education. Subjects such as literacy, mathematics, and essential life skills were taught, equipping them with valuable knowledge and capabilities.

The next phase this action, scheduled to begin shortly, will encompass a three-mont skills development training program. During this phase, beneficiaries will receive training in various vocational skills, which will empower them to seek employment or embark on entrepreneurial endeavors upon program completion.

Securing funding and resources for the activity has posed continuous challenges. We are actively exploring partnerships and fundraising opportunities to ensure the skill development phase's successful implementation. Community Engagement: Effective community engagement and support have been pivotal to project success. Building trust and fostering strong relationships within the communities have been valuable lessons in community development..

While the activity is ongoing, we have already observed positive transformations in the lives of our beneficiaries. As the skill development phase gets underway, we anticipate even more significant changes and empowerment within the communities.

“ Empowering Women through Education and Skills" this action has made remarkable progress since its inception. The commitment of our teachers and the enthusiasm of our beneficiaries reassure us that lasting change in the lives of these women and their communities is within reach. We remain steadfast in our commitment to the project's goals and are actively seeking additional support to ensure its continued success.
