Visit to young workers in Thailand

$rows[judul]

Visit the industrial zone in Rangsit and Phak Nam areas

Rangsit is one of the areas that is the largest industrial center in Thailand, there are many companies that produce here, ranging from electronics, automotive, garment and textile, manufacturing, food and beverage, chemical, etc. The majority of entrepreneurs here are from Japan, the workers who work here are not only Thai, but migrant workers from Myanmar and Burma also work here. Several contacts, we got from several companies in the Rangsit area, such as contacts from the Suzuki Factory, NXP Factory, Kawazumi factory, Then in the Phaknam area there are not so many companies as in Rangsit, the company here is engaged in the garment and textile sector, cargo, etc.

During a visit to factory workers in  the Rangsit area, we met several  young workers who attended  seminars at NXP Factory, basically  this former committee leader at  NXP was former YCW, and several  adult workers had also been  members and knew about YCW. In  this seminar, we were given the  opportunity to present what YCW is to the seminar participants, especially to young  workers. As a result of this presentation, several young workers were interested and  wanted to know more about YCW and wanted to join YCW. Then during a visit to Kawazumi Factory, several young workers discussed with us,  and after being explained about YCW, they were very interested in YCW and would  join YCW, just like what happened to the Suzuki factory workers.

The conclusion from the visit with these young workers was that they had actually  known about YCW from former YCW in Thailand before, because former YCW Thailand had worked in this  company, so when we explained in  more detail about YCW, they were  very interested and wanted to join  YCW , but what stages must be  carried out by these youth worker  contacts will be discussed in more  depth, so far the plan for these  youth worker contacts is,  establishing communication  through the GROUP LINE affiliation between the former, the youth worker contact  and the ASPAC extension officer, then forming a group and started an agenda for  regular education about YCW
