$rows[judul]

Most of the young workers who meet in this area are young workers who  work in the building construction sector as painters, art workers and  agricultural workers, After the corona pandemic that hit the world, especially  India, it had a big impact on young workers here. Through our discussion, we  discussed several problems, especially in the construction sector in this area,  many construction entrepreneurs stopped their business activities because of  the restrictions on the scale of activities in this area.

They were asked to stop working during the Covid-19 pandemic because  there was no job in the Construction sector. A month later their employer  went bankrupt and they lost their job and until now. They become odd jobs  and again do not get job security they must have new skills because of the  few job vacancies sometimes far from their expertise, although their main advantage is the field of painting in construction. Their salaries were reduced  a lot, because they became odd jobs and now the average of them only  works 1 week in a month, if calculated the average income per person is only  3500 rupees or around 60 USD / month.

They want Young workers should get a secure job to help the economic  situation in the family is getting worse Young workers here also want to be able to save for the long term due to the  difficult work situation in India which allows them to have savings because  they know that their income is volatile. All of that seemed impossible given  the current situation,
