my wages are less than the minimum wages, my overtime wages are also not paid

$rows[judul]

My name Ipin Saepudin, age 25 years, the status was single / unmarried, and has five siblings, my address in the village Logawa, Drawati Village, District Paseh, Bandung regency, West Java Province - Indonesia.

Currently I'm working in the industry KH. GROUP namely PT. ING INTERNATIONAL is located at Jl. Raya Rancaekek-Majalaya No. 389, Solokan Jeruk Village, District Solokan Jeruk, Bandung regency, West Java Province. I've worked for 3 (three) years with the employment status of the contract. PT. ING International, company garment / apparel belonging to foreign businessmen Korean nationality, the production of PT. ING all export one of them to countries in Europe.

Workers at PT. ING number around 3,000 workers, the majority of women and the status of contract work. I myself worked in the sewing section, and every day I worked for 10 to 12 hours, Saturday and Sunday off. But if necessary, I also like to be asked overtime on a holiday. Wages received today (2016) every month is Rp. 1,900,000 rupiah or $ 140.7 USD/month, less than the standard minimum wage districts / cities Rp. 2,275,115 rupiah or $ 168.5 USD/month.

If I count in addition to wages less than the minimum wage, overtime pay I also do not get paid, but my every day work more than 10 hours. During this time I find it difficult to make ends meet, because I had to bear all 5 of my brothers, the average daily needs of my family and Rp. 4,000,000 rupiah or $ 296.2 USD/month. To cover these needs, my brother worked odd jobs, me and my father raise goats as a side job.

During work on the PT. ING, I also have not been registered as participants of labor and social security health insurance (BPJS employment and BPJS Health), so that during this time I was sick, I had to go alone at their own expense as well. Many other rights that are not granted by the company to workers, and workers were also difficult to litigate, because in our factory there is no union.

I hope in this PT.ING, labor rights may be granted by the employer in accordance with the law that governed by our government, without having we demanded / requested, so the earnings / wages, health, the future of our family at least guaranteed, Thus welfare which we dream come true.

I also hope that the working status of my contract turned into permanent employment status, because I need job security, because during this time when workers with contract labor status, could break up the employment relationship at any time by the employer, without severance pay. I also hope that there is a union in which we work, so that any complaints or problems associated with the rights and our work, at least there were accommodating and represent us to negotiate with the company.

Thus we witness a little bit, and I believe, what I experienced was also the case of other workers in Indonesia, especially in PT. ING INTERNATIONAL and workers in Bandung regency.

Regards
